“Bridging the gap between
my dreams and life have been pretty interesting.”
– Gelo
It’s September! The season of fallen leaves and Earth, Wind & Fire’s most notable song.
We are back from our summer break and have been brewing new content for your viewing pleasure.
Here are some snippets of what we have been working on and a new spotlight on our very talented crew member Gelo, who shares with us his unique philosophy, and fresh take on where he draws inspiration from.
What is new with us?
What if there is a way to save our bees and produce real honey?
In our next episode of Meet the Creators, we interview Darko Mandich, the CEO of MeliBio. MeliBio is a company that focuses on saving bees by innovating the science of plant-based honey.
If you didn’t know about the bee’s struggle, the production of honey in the industry is damaging to bees and their ecosystems and...
“We need bees. All of them. If the bees were to die, the surface of earth would look like mars.”

Crew Spotlight

Hello! I’m Diangelo. I am an artist, brought up by more artists, inspiring more than artists.
Three words that describe yourself?
It would be multidimensional, calculated, and adventurous, in that order.
What motivates you to create?
I’m very forgetful, creating lets me capture experiences I have with others to remember them later.
Your inspiration?
I’ve been getting these weird dreams lately where specific events in my dream end up happening exactly the same in the following day. Bridging the gap between my dreams and life have been pretty interesting.
Who are your biggest artistic influences?
Artistic influences would include anything that is unconventional and out of the ordinary.
Any projects coming up?
Thats TYT! It stands for “Take your time”. Because we should all take moments to slow down here and there.
Tell me about your favorite medium.
I love making fun little videos. They don’t always have to be serious, but I like that they will immediately drop you into a vibe that I have complete control over.
What are your hobbies/interests?
I love my car, it is drivable art; MY work of art. A living breathing machine that looks just as good flying on the highway as it does sitting in the parking lot of a grocery store.
I love simple things like walking home from the farmers market with a bouquet in my hand, fragrant from the eucalyptus sap.
I love me a regenerative safe space where I can sleep as long or wherever I want. I love trying new things, even though it may be uncomfortable at times.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Creating more, owning less, and keeping company
with the sun. Oh and still wrenching on my cool little sports car.
