Mushrooms to Millions ft. Nikhil Arora
On this episode of Meet the Creators, Jordan interviews Nikhil, a co-founder of Back to the Roots. Nikhil and his partner Alex learned a random fact in one of their college classes about growing mushrooms (the edible, not magic kind) out of coffee grounds. Since then with much grit and determination, Nik and Alex have been able to grow Back to the Roots into a multi-million dollar company and a household name that is synonymous with connecting the future generation back to their food.
